Why did you choose this type of work?

I work as a social worker because this is a humane profession that requires not only professional but also personal qualities that I think I have.

What is your biggest achievement in your work?

Every day  the team is achieving new and small successes. Seeing the smiles of our service users and the positive results we achieve together is very rewarding.

What are the biggest challenges in your work?

Each case is a challenge with it’s own specific needs. We are confronted with different people who allow us into their personal world.The work with the families requires an individual approach and respect for their personal history.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I love to travel and spend my free time with my family!
