  • short and long-term goals
  • activities
  • results and indicators
  • communication and financial strategy
  • monitoring and evaluation plan

  • a historic review
  • an analysis of the current situation
  • an assessment of the external and internal environment
  • strengths and weaknesses of the organization
  • needs assessment
  • problem-solving
  • the choice of values and priorities

The Managing Board of the Future for the Children Association, representatives of the General Assembly, partners, donors, volunteers and representatives of the media, the employees of the organization as well as representatives of other organizations and institutions will be involved in the overall process of strategic planning. The Strategic Planning Period is 5 years.

Thanks to a clearly defined strategic plan, prerequisites are created for the proper organization and coordination of the activities of all the units in the association.
