Main goals of CVA:
- Recruitment of volunteers from the high school educational system and young people aged 20 -35 years (young mum’s, young people, people of working age)
- Making contact with medical professionals, general practitioners, obstetricians, pediatricians, dentists, well meaning people and volunteers
- Promoting volunteering among students from Trakia University Stara Zagora
- Promoting volunteering through activities and campaigns
Objective:
To show the local community, through events and campaigns, how they can organize themselves to be more proactive in enhancing belief in children and families.
Planned activities:
- Recruitment of volunteers from local schools
- Recruiting volunteers aged 20 – 35 years
- Promoting volunteering as a way of learning skills
- Promotion of the Center for Volunteers
Target groups:
Direct:
- Volunteers from local schools
- Volunteers aged 20-35
- Students from the Thracian University in Stara Zagora
- Children from the community
Indirect:
- People of retirement age
- Children and families at risk
Objectives:
- People of all ages to help and have fun together
- The Community and the Institutions need to have an awareness of the role of the Center for Community Support and the Center for Work with Volunteers
- Attract more people to the cause – “Together to support children!”
- Increase resources /i.e. more people / organization will be involved in campaigning and initiatives, both small and large, to acknowledge the Center for work with children to the Association as their place of expression. To be involved in its activities and to be part of new volunteer and charity projects.
